Any common exporter for Cloud Monitoring, Cloudwatch and Azure Monitor

Is there any common exporter that supports scraping data from GCP Cloud Monitoring, AWS Cloudwatch and Azure Monitor services?

No – exporters are typically more focused, and you would run however many you need. There are multiple options for some of these (CloudWatch Exporter or Yet Another CloudWatch Exporter; I see multiple results when searching for "azure monitor exporter"), so this approach lets you mix and match.

Generally, the Prometheus approach is that multiple separate targets to scrape are Good, Actually. A lot of things work better that way.

I think that would be the Stackdriver Exporter: https://github.com/prometheus-community/stackdriver_exporter

Is there any pre-built Grafana dashboard template available to monitor GCP compute engine when we use stackdriver_exporter ? Any idea?

If you go to https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/ and type "stackdriver" in the search box, that will find one.

(Note that Grafana has its own community / discussion forum, so in general questions about Grafana would be better directed there)
