Jolokia integration with Prometheus

Hi,

I have been using jolokia to expose metrics/healthcheck of my java application. Is there any out-of-box library to read metrics from jolokia endpoint and store in Prometheus?

It looks like jolokia is just a jmx agent, but doesn't have any Prometheus support yet[0].

They recommend using the jmx_exporter.

if you collect the host metrics using the telegraf agent, there is a jolokia plugin: https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/tree/master/plugins/inputs/jolokia2
