Grpahite(Whisper) data migrate to Prometheus

I have 5 years of Graphite data, i want to migrate that to Prometheus. is it possible to do the same?

any tools available for this ?

No.  Prometheus doesn't support back-filling of historical data - not into its own internal time-series database anyway.

However you can use prometheus with a remote data store (e.g. VictoriaMetrics) which *does* support backfill.

Thanks Brian, We use Cortex, does cortex havve the backfill capability?
