Prometheus can't access node-exporter metrics

Hi All,
Greetings

I am integrating grafana and prometheus using default installation step from MS document(https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/apps-on-azure-blog/using-azure-kubernetes-service-with-grafana-and-prometheus/ba-p/3020459).

On Azure Kubernetes Cluster, its working fine. 

I am having aks-edge setup on windows virtual machine and I am integrating grafana and prometheus there as well.

I see prometheus is not able to get metrics from few services like node exporter, kube-scheduler etc. But it is able to get from services like kube-state-metrics, prom-operator. Weird thing is , I am able to get data from node exporter using port forward or using curl from mars(inside linux server).

Anyone having any idea regarding same ?
