Prometheus Rules by Node or Instance

I would like to have a space occupation alert threshold per filesystem and per server, how can I do this?

Take a look at this Robust Perception blog post that describes how to use a separate set of time series defining labeled custom thresholds and joining that into a general alerting rule: https://www.robustperception.io/using-time-series-as-alert-thresholds/
