What is the status of the quay.io repositories?

https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager/releases/tag/v0.29.0
https://quay.io/repository/prometheus/alertmanager?tab=tags
https://hub.docker.com/r/prom/alertmanager/tags

A build of 0.29.0 was pushed to Docker Hub but not Quay.
Are release builds still pushed to Quay?

We have found Docker Hub to be unreliable so we try to avoid dependencies on their services. We might need to mirror internally if that is now the only option. Wanted to ask before I do that.

That's strange, the release should be pushed to both. I don't see any errors in the GitHub Actions logs.

It also looks like `main` stopped publishing 14 days ago, which is when we stopped using CircleCI.
