Per CPU core POD related information

Hello ,

1) Can anybody help me out to get query for CPU core utilization of each pod?

ex: if server has 10 core and 5 pod is running.

I would like to see which core is utilized by which specific pod

  core 1 used by pod "abc-scscsc"

  core 7 used by pod "xyz-sdsdsd" 

2) Uptime of the System to be given in alert manager  email, How we can represent alert?
