Exporter to collect metrics from telegraf and use alertmanager to alert using that metrics.(VMware exporter not working)

I have setup telegraf and influxdb to scrape metrics from VCenter (ESXI hosts, VM, Datastores), i want these metrics to fetch from telegraf and set alert rules to alert.

Please guide towards the right direction. Thanks in advance.
