Process-exporter working for ubuntu 14 particular id but for a different ami id ubuntu 14 not working.

I am using process-exporter to expose process related metrics for a particular ami-id for which it is not exporting any metrics .Wheras there is another service running on another ami-id ubuntu 14 which exposes the metrics . How to resolve this .Pls suggest. Both has similar configuration.
