Monitoring on different port of a single network interface

Hi everyone.

Unfortunately, we use many ports on a single network interface, which needs to be monitored and analyzed. We have lots of services that talk to each other to handle customer's requests and analyze network traffic based on transmit and receive on those specific ports. How can I monitor different ports? Is there any special exporter?
