MS SQL Server exporter

Hi,

in case anyone is interested. I've developed for my company an SQL server exporter. The initial set of exposed metrics were the ones that our DBA group requested. 

The docker image is located at https://hub.docker.com/r/awaragi/prometheus-mssql-exporter/ and the projet source is hosted in Github https://github.com/awaragi/prometheus-mssql-exporter

Please let me know what is the procedure to adding a reference to it in the https://prometheus.io/docs/instrumenting/exporters/ database section.

This exporter seems to be using fixed set of metrics. Check the walkthrough here how to monitor performance or any data records to generate metrics ( no coding required).
