How does grafana connects to prometheus in Prometheus operator?

I dont find the configuration for grafana to connect to Prometheus using host address,url,port in this link https://github.com/helm/charts/tree/master/stable/prometheus-operator

So how does grafana knows how to connect to Prometheus in Prometheus operator?
