Need help to add some good descriptions to Prombench Dashboard

Hi all,

As a part of GSoC program, I am working on an issue of prometheus/test-infra, where I have to put some good descriptions in Prombench's Grafana dashboard. I did some research and put the descriptions in a google doc. It would be great if I get some suggestions/comments on this.
