Proposal for Query API Post Processing

Hello everyone,

My name is Gayathri, and I am a CNCF CommunityBridge student working on adding post-processors to Query APIs. As discussed in the Dev Summit, we have proposed the following solution for the query API post processing:-

An experimental parameter modifier[] would be added to the query HTTP APIs. This parameter will allow us to pass a sorted list of modifiers that will be applied to the output.

An example of this would look like:
modifier[]="sort"&modifier[]="<modifier2>"&modifier[]="<modifier3>"

Have attached the proposal document for reference, which describes the above solution in depth. Please review and give your feedback in the proposal, which has more details.
