How to use Jmeter+Prometheus+Grafana

I want to store jmeter matrics in Prometheus and want to display on grafana.
For this I tried to use jmeter-prometheus-plugin. As per the instruction I have compiled the "https://github.com/johrstrom/jmeter-prometheus-plugin" git hub project and created the jar and put it on jmeter/lib/ext dir.

1.On which port can I access the jmeter-plugin.(how can I see the matrics).
2. How to use Jmeter+Pormetheus+Grafana

According to the source[0] the default port is 9270.
