wmi_exporter renamed and moved

Hello everyone,

Earlier this week we renamed the wmi_exporter for Windows machines to windows_exporter, and also moved it into the prometheus-community GitHub organization. That means you can now find it here: https://github.com/prometheus-community/windows_exporter.

Note that this renaming is a breaking change since we also change the metric name prefix from "wmi_" to "windows_"!

This has been a while in the making, and reflects how WMI is no longer the only, or even main or preferred, way we collect data. We're now primarily using the raw Performance Counters API, but also have some speciality collectors for eg Windows Containers.

Thanks to all our contributors and users over the years, looking forward to our new rebranded future :)
