alert manager frequency of sending alarms is not Inaccurate

When I used prometheus and alert manger, I found that some alarms were not sent according to the specified time frequency, sometimes missed, sometimes sent multiple times within the specified time frequency. How can I troubleshoot these problems? Or does prometheus and alert manager have any send logs
