How to configure statsd exporter in Prometheus

Hi All,

I've requirement on reading udp data generated from statsd and feed to Prometheus and then to graphite for visualization.

I tired looking for exporters, but couldnt able to find it how to setup statsd explorer and Prometheus on windows..

Can u please help in configuring this..

Hi,

For the StatsD exporter, see https://github.com/prometheus/statsd_exporter/releases - there are also Windows binaries there that will hopefully work for you. The rest is documented in the README.md: https://github.com/prometheus/statsd_exporter/blob/master/README.md

For a guide on getting started with Prometheus in general, see https://prometheus.io/docs/introduction/getting_started/.

Hi Julius,

The link to download Windows binaries is not reachable. Can you please provide the link which provides the windows binary version for stats explorer for Prometheus.

Hi,

It works for me - you'll have to select "Windows" in the OS dropdown menu at the top. Or just use this direct download link:
