Apache traffic server metrics JSON pull via http URL

Hi,
I'm fairly new to Prometheus and want to use it to monitor metrics. I'm running Apache Traffic server which gives metrics via URL e.g http://localhost:port/atskpi

How can i configure Prometheus to extract/pull data from the URL. Later i will use grafana for graphing as described in the official docs.

Prometheus probably won't be able to read the json metrics, so you will need to translate them with an exporter.  They typcial method would be a simple stand-alone binary that would proxy the json output into prometheus format.

There are number of these exporters here:

Another option would be to add direct prometheus support to the trafficserver stats_over_http module.
