You're probably looking for the node exporter's node_vmstat_pswpin and node_vmstat_pswpout metrics.

Those are in kilobytes.

There's also ..._pgpgin and ..._pgpgout variants, see https://radixlinux.wordpress.com/2011/03/17/procvmstat/ for their meaning.
