Can someone review these PRs for test-infra/prombench
Added validatingwebhookconfiguration and ingressclass support:

Currently, prombench's manifests define and use resources that aren't supported in the infra util for creating and updating clusters which makes prombench unusable (I was using KinD, and it was failing, but I think the same behavior can be seen with other providers as well)
