how to build npm_licenses.tar.bz2 by using go natively

npm_licenses.tar.bz2 is needed in Dockerfile

How to build this thing without promu, can I build it by using go natively?

Hello,

npm_licenses.tar.bz2 is built from the react frontend javascript dependencies. You can build it by running "make npm_licenses" but you will need to install yarn for the command to succeed.
