InfluxDB Exporter

I've written an initial version of an InfluxDB exporter that can take in writes to the newer HTTP API, and output Prometheus metrics:

Similarly to the collectd, graphite and statsd exporters, this is intended as a way to help people transition over to Prometheus (though you could also pull the data out via the Go or Python clients and do what you like with it).

Note that Telegraf has had support for exposing Prometheus metrics over HTTP for some time, so there's no need to use this exporter with it. Incidentally I previously added support for Telegraf to read in Prometheus metrics, so you could build a cycle.
