prometheus k8s compatibility

Hi team,

Is there any compatibility between prometheus and k8s? Could anyone please help answer this ? Many thanks!

I cannot find any doc for prometheus k8s compatibility. Only find 1 in helm chart "kubeVersion: ">=1.19.0-0"

Current Prometheus builds against Kubernetes library version v0.32.3.
