Prometheus 2.37.7 LTS is available

We are excited to announce the release of Prometheus 2.37.7!

This release updates Go to version 1.19.8.

In addition to the Go update, we have resolved a bug in this release:

* [BUGFIX] Scrape: Fix prometheus_target_scrape_pool_target_limit metric
not set before reloading. #12002

Prometheus 2.37.7 is part of the 2.37 Long-Term Supported release of
