Prometheus v2.52.0-rc-0 is available

The first release candidate for Prometheus v2.52.0 is publicly available!

It comes with several performance improvements, some good work on top of native histograms, better observability for Prometheus internals, bug fixes, and much more. Do take a look at the full changelog for completeness.
