Prometheus 2.45.0-rc.0 is available

Hello Prometheus community!

I am happy to announce that Prometheus 2.45.0-rc.0 release is now available!

It will be a LTS release with at least 12 months of support meaning it will receive security, documentation and bugfix patches during that period.

The release brings 8 new features in areas like the new native histograms, remote write, tsdb and the consul sd configuration amongst others. It also has 3 enhancements and 5 new bugfixes.

Out of those 15 new changes there are at least 14 different contributors responsible for creating the PRs plus all the work that went into reviewing them. I'm very happy to see that many different people contributing!
