Prometheus 2.45.3 LTS is available

Hello everyone,

We are excited to announce the release of Prometheus 2.45.3!

This is a bugfix release carrying security fixes for go and resty (used
by the Linode service discovery).

It also contains a bugfix for users who have enabled the memory snapshot on
shutdown feature flag.

Prometheus 2.45.3 is part of the 2.45 Long-Term Supported release of
Prometheus, which was supported until July 2024. To learn more about our release
