Hello all,

I have just released version v0.10.0 of the Prometheus client for Python. Notable changes include dropping Python 2.6 support and preferring upper case for the PROMETHEUS_MULTIPROC_DIR environment variable. In addition, there are some new features and enhancements to enjoy.
