Prometheus v2.39.1 is now available

Hi all,

We have released Prometheus v2.39.1 with a critical bugfix affecting active alert labels. If you have already upgraded to v2.39.0, please upgrade to v2.39.1. Everyone else: skip v2.39.0 and upgrade to v2.39.1 directly.
