Prometheus 2.53.0 is available

Hello everyone!

Release 2.53.0  is available including a refinement of the GO runtime garbage collector settings (GOGC) and a bugfix in the new query offset for rules.

Please try out the release candidate on a non-critical environment and let us know what you find.
