Hi Prometheus Rust folks,

v0.18.0 of the Prometheus Rust client just released. It addresses an
unsoundness issue in one of the library's dependencies.

Prometheus Rust client v0.18.1 just released. It fixes a race condition.

Shout out to https://github.com/nox for finding it and providing a fix.

I recommend everyone to upgrade.
