Prometheus 2.45.4 LTS is available

We are excited to announce the release of Prometheus 2.45.4!

It also contains a bugfix for users using remote read, which could cause
a memory leak in case of hanging connections.

Prometheus 2.45.4 is part of the 2.45 Long-Term Supported release of
