Official Remote Write 1.0 specification is now public!

Hi All!

Remote-Write is a well adopted protocol for streaming Prometheus metrics across network (e.g. from Prometheus to vendor or other Prometheus). Despite widely used implementations and proto format for Remote-Write 1.0 version, only recently we took time to formalize the protocol in RFC2119 format.

This is now available on our website under Concepts.

The specification is important, so we can iterate on the next Remote-Write versions as mentioned in the future goals (help wanted!).
