Fujitsu Synaptics Touchpad Driver Windows 10

I currently have 1909 os version and my touchpad is completely not working. I already tried the steps on this thread here but the driver still missing in the device manager and in the touch pad section of the devices settings. I performed multiple hard reset, soft reset and windows installation to no avail.
touch pad is working now as of 08:00am mountain time of 11/28 but lost the gesture functions and the scrolling function of it. checked the touch pad settings and still the same. touch pad driver is still missing in the device manager. tried resetting the laptop and still the same.
When I got my laptop on the first night, I did perform a series of updates especially coming from the HP app that tells you what kind of updates you need. also this HP app that I can't remember the name anymore, has the options for PRO version by subscription. after this updates, my laptop went to restart loop. I had to reinstall windows 10 thru USB. Afterwards, that's when my issue started with the touch pads losing the gesture and scrolling function.
I did perform your recommendation, hard reset, bios set up but there still no touchpad drivers in the device manager. I reset the laptop anyways and rechecked. still the same. no gesture and scrolling functions.
