    Dear Andrejka!

    I will be out of internet and Skype until noon tomorrow.

    What can we do - you will prepare this half-page information and then I will translate into Ukrainian.

    Information from our side - we did not apply for registration cause we are waiting from VATI letter for registration, we only form the team, cause you did not send us TORs, we only had some internal meetings of future project team and made internal planning. Also we decided with Silvia to postpone our trainings on Maps and River watch for early September, and then have the field-work with children.

    Meanwhile we plan to register the project, to purchase the monitoring kit for this, and to make a tender for water purifing system. If it's not enough - call me +38067-507-57-86, or call by Skype at noon.

    Martina, have you received letter from VATI for project registration in Ukraine? If so, first write me, and we will decide how I will get it (may be, I will come to Mihailovce).

    Have you made the bank transfer of our budget  to Ukraine?

    Actually, you should do this in 10 days after you receive money from VATI.

    

    Nada, will it be possible to buy laboratories for Ukraine also in Slovakia? What are the prices? Do they need special permits to be delivered through the border? May be then we will buy them here.

    

    Andrea, can you help to receive answers ASAP? And what about ToRs?

If time and health condition allows pay please attention to the translation of texts needed for our EMW webpage. As fara s I know we agreed on the following
 : 


 


1)     
 YOu will directly negotiate with Klaudia from Equilibria to print the UA version of the EMW  2011 guidebook



2)     
You will translate all other relevant documents (that appears in webpage is Slovak langauge) or laternativelly you can use your own description
 and texts bellow the boxes 


Particularly the Permanent measures guidebook, Thematic guidelines for 2010, Permanent measures competion statute, visuals and presentations already
 done


3)     
ASRD /Tomas will upgrade the webpage after returning from holiday (not sooner then 30th July !)



4)     
The T-shirts are under work, will be ready until end of July



 


So far that is it....

Мартина, получили ли Вы письмо от Вати по регистрации проекта в Украине? Если да, сначала напишите мне, и мы решим, как его забрать (возможно, я буду ехать в Михайловцы).

Перевели ли Вы наш бюджет через банк в Украину?

Фактически, Вы должны сделать это через 10 дней после получения денег от ВАТИ.



Надя, возможно ли будет приобрести лаборатории для Украины в Словакии? Какова их цена? Нужны ли специальные разрешения для провоза через границу (растаможка)? Тогда, возможно, мы приобретем их здесь.



Андрея, можете ли Вы помочь получить ответы как можно скорее? И что по поводу наших технических заданий (посадових обовязкив)?
