My sincerest apologies for the confusion. The line was intended to mean "... Tulli, inspite of complaints of illegal activities and forgery, by the Prime Minister, Parlimentarian, Maneka Gandhi, Murli Manohar Joshi, CBI and High Court, was made the Director of the National Agro Food Biotechnological Institute in February."

i.e. Complaints about the activities had been made right from the High Court to the Prime Minister.

Thank you for pointing it out and I hope this clarifies it.

The above states 'forgery by the Prime Minister' and several others.  Mahendra, is this true, or is it that the paragraph is mis-worded and inadvertently points fingers at the wrong people, including CBI and High Court?  If not true, kindly reword the posting on the Project Vijay website and resend your message to the corruption group and others. Nevertheless, I think it is courageous thing you have undertaken to expose corruption in the scientific community.  It is corrupt people like Tulli who bring India down. Moreover, he even faked his qualifications for the post. For instance, he has an M.Sc. degree in only 1 subject as opposed to 3. He prophesied a Ph.D. from Gujrat University, even though the university denies ever awarding class distinctions to Ph.D. scholars. It is obvious that Dr. Rakesh Tulli has mislead the scientific community and stolen away public money for his own personal greed. Youth organization, Project Vijay has been reaching out to every medium from CBI to the Government in a bit to end this horrifying case of corruption. It is hoped that strict action will be taken against him instead of allowing him to run free and continue being a liability to our nation.
