... Two years before he booked cooking gas cylinder for him, but he didn’t
Get more then 2 month. When he didn’t get cooking gas cylinder for
Long time then on 6th February 2010 he file a RTI to public
Information officer in Indian oil limited in Lucknow through
Registered post. After three weeks on 22-3-2010 local cooking gas
Agency “Vashno gas agency” owner along with his three staff came to
His shop and promise him in future he will get his gas cylinder on
Time but he has to get back his RTI or he should give him a letter
There he accept, he received his seeking information. And they also
Threaten him. On next day 23rd March 2010 Anil Maurya received reply
Of his RTI. After this incident he didn’t face any crises of gas
Cylinder anymore. So he started help other peoples to tell his story
And help them to write RTI as he did it. When hundred of peoples
Start complaining and every one fallowing Anil Maurya’s suggestions,
And every day 5 to 10 peoples coming to his shop and he is helping
Them to sent complain to Indian Oil company. Because of his help he
Becomes very popular in his area.
During same time there Vashnow Gas agency trying to stop Anil activism
So they disconnected his gas connection, and they told him “all c/o
(care of) connection is disconnected so yours also”. So I apply for
New connection from my father’s name. After long time and struggle
Finally I get my connection form my father’s name. These are the
Harassment done by these gas agencies owners against Anil Maurya but
He continues his fight against this corrupt gas mafias.
On 15th June 2011 again Anil Maurya sent another RTI to Public
Information officer, executive director, Indio Oil, Mumbai and he
Asked information in 8 points. Out of 8 point, In Point no. 3 of his
RTI he ask to physically check local gas agencies gas booking and
Delivery register as well as register of last three month detail of
Gas cylinder those gas agency received from gas battling plant.
On 5th July 2011, public information officer from Indian Oil Mumbai
Informed that, his request was forwarded to the Lucknow office for
Further proceedings. Again on 26th July 2011 Anil received another
Letter from Indian oil and stated that for his point 3 of his RTI, he
Should contact assistant manager seals, LPG seals Mr. Sudhir Kumar
Jain, and rest of the information of his RTI was not correct and
Proper those he asked. So Anil Maurya writes appeal to the National
Information Commission regarding his RTI and for point 3 of his RTI
Anil sent a letter on 5th August 2011 to Mr. Sudhir Kumar Jain and
Requested for visit to the gas agencies.
Mr. Sudhir Kumar Jain gives permission letter on 12th August 2011 to
Anil Maurya for visit and inquiry to the gas agencies. On 16th
August 2011 Anil Maurya went to the Vashno gas agency and check their
Registers and he found during 14th May 2011 to 10th August 2011 total
Booking of the gas was 39369 and gas was only deliver to 38000
Consumers, but they received 41449 gas cylinder from Indian gas
Bottling plant.
Anil Maurya also went to another gas agency named “Rajshree gas
Agency” on 8th October 2011 and he found, gas was booked 43820 and
Only 42806 was delivered but they only received 42792 cylinder. How
They delivered 14 extra cylinders? They didn’t answer.
In Varanasi currently total 29 gas agencies are working and after Anil
Maurya’s intervention all the gas agencies owners are gang up and they
Start threatening him. But Anil Maurya didn’t stop and he complains to
Senior officers of Indian oil and central vigilance commission. He
Also mention that Indian government gives INR 250 subsides to every
Cooking gas cylinders in that case only one gas agency “Vashno gas
Agency” around INR 750000 scam in 3 month in 2011.
On 10 November 2011 when Anil went Vashino gas agency for booking gas
Cylinder that time Vashino gas agency staff inform him that his
Connection was transfer to Mahadev Indane gas seva, shivpur Varanasi.
So I have to go there for book my gas cylinder.
On 17th November 2011, when Anil Maurya went to Mahadev gas agency to
Book his gas that time gas agency staff threaten him to stop writings
Complains and stop visiting to the gas agencies otherwise he should be
Ready to face the consequences for his act. After that on 19th
November 2011 again Umesh Seth who lived in same locality come to him
and trying to convince him to stop writing complains and say sorry to
Mahadev gas owner other vise he is planning to file FIR against him.
Umesh Seth also told Anil, owner of Mahadev gas agency is planning to
file FIR against you under sc/st act so you will be in prison.
On 23rd November 2011, Mahadev gas agency owner, Dharmendra kumar,
Vashno gas agency staff, Mr. Anil and Rajshree gas service manager Mr.
Tejbahadur singh gangup and give complane against Anil Maurya in
Shivpur police station and shivpur police arrest Anil Maurya on 23rd
November 2011 at 3:30 pm from his shop. But Shivpur police file NCR
under 506 IPS against anil Maurya at 5:00pm on 24th November 2011.
After arrest shivpur police keep Anil Maurya in the police lockup more
than 3o hours and on 24th November 2011 shivpur police relies him when
Anil’s brother in low came and after his personal request. Point here
is, His arrest detail came on 24th November news paper in the morning
but NCR was file on same day in the evening.
On 30th December 2011, Central Information commission gives historical
order to all gas companies to declare their “Citizen Charter” within
four month to control irregularities of the gas cylinders and
supplies. . This order was given by CIC on Anil’s 15th June 2011 RTI.
After this decision of CIC Anil got motivated and start another fight
for fake connection in Varanasi. And he sent complain to CMD of Indian
Oil, New Delhi to investigate all the connection and disconnect all
fake connections in Varanasi. After his new intervention all the gas
agencies owners become very angry and now from last 3 month they are
continuously threatening him over the phone or some time few
antisocial elements are coming to his shop and giving him death
threat.
On 15th March 2012, District supply officer Mr. Ajay Pratap singh from
his mobile no. 9453091818 call Anil Maurya on his mobile no.
9125040585 and ask him to come and meet him on his office and indirect
threaten him if he found any wrong complain then he will take action
against him. Conversation between DSO Mr. Ajay Pratap Singh and Anil
Maurya was recorded in Anil’s Mobile. After DSO threatening call Anil
looses his hope. Because, if Gas Mafia, police and antisocial elements
become one and now district supply department also join their hands,
now where he will go? He is the only son of his family and bread
winner of his family.
Today on 5th April 2012, in after noon owner of Mahadev Indane gas
seva Mr. Dhramendra Kumar along with two peoples come to his shop
around 3:00pm and threatening him now very soon you will be charged in
very strong case if you will not stop or you don’t want to live long.
He also threatening Anil Maurya and sad you will be disappear and your
family can not find you in whole life if you will not stop.
CIC judgment is also attached in this mail rest of the documents i
will sent you in my next mail.
Please take immediate action on this case
