Concurrent backup

Hello,

When there are multiple resources in a backup object, can Velero perform concurrent backups of these objects? Can all objects be backed up concurrently, or only objects of the same type, or none of them can be backed up concurrently?

Currently processed one object serially for all types.

Please review the documentation and file issues if you think sections could be improved. If you already know what needs to be changed, make a pull request!
