configure timeout for kopia plugin

Hi all  ( its my first post so please be gentle ) 

as part of our performance upstream for velero 1-12 

one of my test cases is backup and restore of big PVC size 4TB with 3TB data generated using python code  ,  mix files and folders 

the backup failed on what seems  like an timeout issue since the duration is long ( 3TB) 

on  our previous  restic testing with the same scenario , we had an option to increase restic timeout plugin from the DPA 

is there any otion   to define the timeout for kopia plugin as part of the instantiation guess 
since we dont use DPA on upstream

CentOS & data-generator: PV size - 4Ti, Usage 3Ti (75% usage) data population: File size: 307,200(300KB) , Total Folders: 300 , Total files per folder: 35,100 , Total Files: 10.53M
