Hi,
I gave up on OpenStack and and switched to S3 but I've run into a problem.
I created a XenServer VM running Debian 10.
I installed k3When I follow the basic es and velero configured to use S3.
When I follow the basic example at https://velero.io/docs/v1.11/examples/ it works fine.
I can see the backup has been created in the S3 bucket.
When I follow the snapshot example, my VN locks up and the only way I can get it running again is to do a forced reboot on the XenServer console.
I can only assume that I'm missing some stuff but I have no idea what.

Any help will be appreciated.

Update.
Ran the snapshot example again while running top in the console.
In top I can see what I would describe as a 'thread bomb'.
The k3s process is spawning lots (2000+ at this point in time) of threads and a lot of them are in 'uninterruptible sleep' state.
I don't know if this is a velero issue or velero is triggering a bug in k3s or an issue in the underlying OS but it is reproducible on demand for me.
