Instalation file load error

I got thrown this error when i tried to use sprout-as3

Ruby version 2.0.0p195 (2013-05-14) [x64-mingw32]

Gem version 2.1.0
OS: Windows 7 x64

Any advice on this?

assuming you are using rvm, give this a try..

$ rvm pkg iconv

No, i'm not using rvm.

To the best of my knowledge rvm isn't available on windows.
