RobotLegs generators - get 'em here!

I whacked together some generators for the mvcs classes for the micro
architecture robotlegs.

Most useful is the rlview_with_mediator generator, which creates a
view (extending Sprite) but also the mediator for it, and tests for
both.

I'll put it into a gem when I get a chance, and will also do a
robotlegs framework gem when it reaches v1.0 - it's pretty close now,
but still best to get the latest build from git:

Quick tip - If you name the gem:

sprout-[your name]-bundle

AND if you have a generator named 'project', users can simply run:

sprout -n [your name] FooProject

You can also publish gems easily to http://gemcutter.org (it's where I've been considering moving our stuff).
