You could try installing the flexunit gem then generating a project with fu-air. It should give you some basics to work from. It's desktop app specific though, so if anyone has any tips for device specific implementations then I'm all ears as well.
In answer to your TextMate question from last week just drop me a line directly, or go via the TextMate list. Active development has halted until I know what the score is with TM2, future plans are more about honing the feature set rather than expanding it.
