Here is required skill set for Cognos SDK developer:
-Experience with IBM Cognos SDK development and Business Intelligence Technologies
-Experience with  Java Web-based application development with Struts framework, Java Script, JSP and Servlet
-Several projects’ experience with Service Oriental Architecture (SOA) and Web service  J2EE
-Experience with SunOne LDAP or Microsoft Active Directory development with JNDI
-Several projects’ experience with Tomcat application server with Axis experience
-Relational database design for Oracle, Teradata and Microsoft SQL Server
-Experience on software version testing (Cognos) and performance and scalability testing.
-Experience with IBM Cognos
-Familiar with Microsoft SharePoint 2010
-Familiar with IBM SPSS
