AGM Agenda for Kenya Association of Project Managers

Dear KAPM members,

You are hereby notified that the Kenya Association of Project Managers
(KAPM) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Laico Regency from 6pm
to 8pm on Friday the 9th October 2015. The agenda of the meeting is as
follows:-

Agenda 1 – Chairman’s Report

Agenda 2 – Treasurer’s Report

Agenda 3 – Launch of the KAPM Strategic Plan 2016

Agenda 4 – Elections of Board Members

Agenda 5 – A.O.B.

Attendance and participation in the AGM is absolutely free for all KAPM
board members. However, to participate in the AGM, you will be required to
have fully paid up your annual subscriptions. Kindly liaise with the
administrator, Helen 0721419430 on the same.

You are also requested to pass this message to as many practitioners and
students of project management as you can – our synergy lies in our
numbers.

In addition, please note that the members of the current KAPM board which
has served since 2011 are as follows:

Vice Chairperson – Barbara Nyambura
Treasurer – Michael Musyoka
Secretary – Gerald Gitau
Training and Certifications Director – Dan Kimei
Research and Publications Director – Dr. Kennedy Kibhuko

Chief Editor – Dr. Raphael Nyonje (Nominated Position)


Save for the nominated position, all other positions are open for
contestants. However, anyone wishing to vie for any position is hereby
called upon for a vetting meeting tomorrow 5pm at Nairobi Club.
