[PP-dev] PP Issues - file attachments are disabled

I get the following message when trying to create a new issue:

File attachments are disabled. The issue directory has not been properly configured. Please contact the site administrator.

I’ve got a patch to enable AJAX preview (via jQuery) of comments and messages.

i am no expert but that sounds a lot like you didn't gave the upload
directories the proper configuration, did you chmod em to 777?

The issue has been fixed, go ahead and try again.  Let me know if you see anything else not working on the web site, I've been making some updates..
