Hi,

I'm trying to get back to collaborating with the project, but I'm failing to understand what needs to be done, who's part of the development team, etc.

I've posted some questions in the forums, http://www.projectpier.org/node/1664 .

I've followed all the links Jon posted, I have my development environment, and have looked at the roadmap for 0.8.5, which list everything as either patched or committed to trunk and needing review.

The tracker lists several issues opened, some very old and whose patches will most likely be unusable by now, and I would like to speed things a bit.

What needs to be done, and how can issues be closed or speeded up so that what is relevant can be applied to the trunk and what is too old or not important can be dropped.

What is needed to release 0.8.5?

Regards,

Sérgio Lopes

Hi Sergio,

That sounds great. I'll review this later this afternoon and post back
with some details. I will commit any patches that have been tested and
then we can push out a new version.

Thanks,
Ryan Cross

Hi,
Somehow, my mail client was dropping some messages, I never got this one.

I'm currently going through the web interface but it looks like some important messages were silently ignored.
