If you feel like you need an extra helping of Christmas spirit to remind you that "the most wonderful time of the year" is coming up, there's no better way to get to that feeling than by volunteering :)

While we hope Michelle is safely recovering up in Seattle, many out there still are looking for bone marrow matches, so A3M will always be out there. Let's give them a hand :)

You can contact anyone copied on the email (addresses @ltsc.org) for more details.

Thanks <3
Janice

Hi all the lovely A3M Supporters!

I am happy to announce that A3M has the opportunity to conduct drives at 7 different Walmart stores on 12/13, 12/14, 12/20, and 12/21.  We are working on getting TV coverage (KTLA and KSCI for now) and other media coverage to inform the public as to what we will be doing.  The drives will be going simultaneously at all 7 locations on all four days from 10:30am to 4:30pm.  What better gift to give, than the gift of life, during this holiday season.  Even while people are running around trying to buy gifts, we are hopeful that people will see what we are doing, get in the holiday giving spirit, and become donors.

I know this is a busy time of the year for everyone, but for those of you who could spare a couple of days, a day, a few hours, we could use your help.  As we only have 7 recruiters, we are seeking volunteers to help at any of the 7 locations.  Feel free to invite your associated organization,  friends, or families as well!

A3M is excited to have the support of Walmart and we hope that we can show them what A3M is all about.  If the event proves to be successful, we are hopeful that we will be able to do more with them and other retailers in the future.

The locations and staffing recruiters are as follows:
Torrance -- Ayumi
Rosemead -- Helen
Panorama City -- Glenn
Baldwin Hills -- Jacqueline
Long Beach -- Niranjan
Cerritos -- Ji Eun/ Joshua
Westminster -- Ted

Please email me back if you're interested to volunteer at any of the locations for any time.  Surely, if you have suggestions and questions they're welcome as well!  Last but not least...THANK YOU!!! and have a great weekend :)
