Hello A3M Supporters,

A3M’s Annual Benefit Dinner & Concert is coming up on Sunday, October 18, 2008 at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts! This year’s event will feature the award-winning singer and actress Lea Salonga in concert!

We are seeking volunteers to help us at the event (registration, silent auction, prize drawing, etc.)! Not only will you be able to meet great people and enjoy the show, you will also be helping A3M expand the marrow registry and reach out to those battling with blood-related diseases.

Please let me know if you will be able to help us out! We are looking for volunteers for the following shifts:

               Shift 1:  12:00  – 3:30 pm
               Shift 2:  3:30 – 7:30 pm
               Shift 3:  7:30 – 11:00 pm

Volunteer meals will be provided. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can prepare the staffing schedule.
